Implementation Strategy

Your transition to MSK Construction Solutions is a 3-Step Process, designed to guide you from sale to support.
  • Pre-Implementation

Before we begin to work with you, we want to ensure that we configure your MSK Construction system to meet the unique needs of your business. During this step, we work with you to install and configure the system as well as upload data. Through the Working with you, we determine an achievable Go-live date that you are comfortable with and that meets your business objectives.

  • Training and Orientation

Once your system has been configured, we are then ready to train your end users. Depending on your needs, this can be in a “Train-the-Trainer” format or we can work with the end users themselves. Your training will include a combination of on-site and online training sessions based on your needs. During the process, our goal is to provide you with the knowledge, confidence and tools that you need for your Go-Live Date.

  • Post Implementation

We suggest that your MSK trainer be on site during the Go-Live process to assist with the final check and processing over your first few days with your new system. We’ll also ensure your transition from learning to using the system is a smooth one including providing you with a direct support contact for 6 months.

To make your transition to MSK Enterprise a smooth one, we have developed a detailed and systematic implementation process designed to ensure that you have all the support you need to get up and running. Our Professional Services teams are highly experienced individuals that come with years of construction-industry knowledge. In addition to helping you set up and show you how to use your new system, the MSK Implementation team brings with them a fresh perspective which they have gained from seeing how many similar contractors approach the challenges that you constantly face. Your trainer is a partner and their mandate is to help you improve your business by sharing best practices, not just implement a new system.
