  • 1- Responsible for Management and Administration of Establishment ,Setup ,Development and Implementation of a Project Management Office (PMO) .Which has a some of the following key Features:
  •  A complete set of integrated construction management systems (All system features are built and owned in-house), Outstanding solutions for the entire project management life-cycle and Automated gathering of project and program information to be used by the executives for decision making purposes. Provide Centralized Vision / Linking People, Process and Tools.
  •  All Stakeholders get the right information at the right time.
  •  Provide and Use the Key Performance Indicators. (KPI.s) to evaluate and make decision.
  •  Provide and Use the SWOT Analysis (Strength-Weakness-Opportunities-Treats) for Support Strategic Decision.
  •  Shared and Coordinated resources across all projects administered by the PMO.
  •  Identification and Development of project management methodology, best practices, and standards.
  •  Clearinghouse and Management for project policies, procedures, templates, and other shared documentation.
  •  A mentoring platform for project managers.
  •  Central monitoring of all PMO project timelines and budgets, usually at the enterprise level.
  •  Centralized repository and management for both shared and unique risks for all projects.
2- Responsible for helping organizations execute, govern, and measure their projects to improve business performance.
3- Design and Development of project management methodology.
4- Appling project and portfolio management processes and practices to drive operational efficiency for the clients.
5- Providing guidance for staff at all levels of the organization on how to manage and deliver projects.
